I’m a Texas-based mediator and arbitrator with a background in real estate, hospitality, and finance. Experienced in commercial real estate disputes, I am expanding into consumer and international business matters. Known for being responsive, practical, and easy to work with, I bring real-world insight and clear communication to every case I handle.

What are your credentials?

A licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.

A certified mediator meeting the requirement of Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code 154.052 requirements, completing 40-hours of mediation course work  approved by the Texas Mediation Trainers Roundtable standards.

A certified arbitrator with the Texas Comptroller’s Office. Completing training on arbitration and alternative dispute resolution procedures for regular binding arbitration and limited binding arbitration. 

A member of State Bar of Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Section. As well as the Business Law Section, Construction Law Section, International Law Section, Tax Section, and the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law Section.

Law. As an attorney I worked for the United States Small Business Administration, initially assisting business damaged by disasters find funding to recover but was elevated to fraud review investigating parties submitting fraudulent applications for funds. 

Hospitality. I am very fortunate to grow up in the hospitality industry learning customer facing skills that have served me well in life.

Finance. Follow the money and you’ll never go hungry. Early in life I worked as a bank teller at my local credit union, but as a professional I have worked as an underwriter for the United States Small Business Administration. 

Oil and Gas. I worked as an environmental compliance technician at the Galveston Bay Refinery. In addition to learning environmental codes my duties were to inspect refining process equipment for environmental compliance.
