Meet Byron
Byron is a neutral arbitrator and mediator focused on resolving business, real estate, and commercial disputes with clarity and fairness. A licensed Texas attorney, he brings experience from litigation, regulatory enforcement, underwriting, hospitality management, and local policy work, giving him a well-rounded view of how conflicts arise and how they can be resolved.
Byron’s background includes supporting trial teams in complex mass-tort litigation, investigating consumer protection claims with the Texas Attorney General’s Office, and reviewing federal loan eligibility and fraud issues as an attorney for the U.S. Small Business Administration. He later helped American exporters navigate international trade rules through the U.S. Commercial Service and reviewed multimillion-dollar loans for SBA compliance as a contract attorney with Newtek.
In the private sector, Byron serves as manager and in-house counsel for a family-owned hospitality group, where he navigates contract issues, development planning, and day-to-day operations. He also contributed to drafting local ordinances and served on the Stakeholder Advisory Committee for Seabrook’s Old Seabrook Livable Centers Study, helping balance community needs, economic growth, and mobility.
Known for his calm presence, clear communication, and practical approach, Byron guides parties through a structured process that encourages productive dialogue and real-world solutions.
