Preparation
After scheduling, you’ll receive procedures for your chosen process. These explain what needs to be submitted, when it’s due, and how the session will run. To make things easier, you can:

Mediation or Arbitraiton Hearing
Sessions can be held in person within the state of Texas, or conducted virtually by video conference or teleconference if preferred or necessary. All parties will receive secure online invitations with the details they need to join.

Resolution & Next Steps
At the conclusion of the process:
In mediation, we’ll draft a written agreement reflecting the settlement terms.
